Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure service engagement, delivery, management, engineering or solution design.
• Proficiency in KPI and metrics reporting for service performance.
• Familiarity with service management and project management frameworks such as ITIL, Prince2, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Work with Infrastructure & Operations teams to develop and maintain the I&O roadmap.
• Communicate with the IT Customer Engagement team.
• Assist with the budgeting process and operational tracking.
