A fast-growing FinTech company in the UK is seeking a Contract Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM while migrating from Salesforce. This role involves leading requirements discovery sessions, supporting data migration, and ensuring collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strong CRM expertise, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to adapt to evolving project demands. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or consultant, ideally within CRM, digital transformation, or operational systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise CRM.
• Proven experience supporting system migrations, ideally involving CRM transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions to define CRM requirements.
• Support Salesforce-to-Dynamics migration including data mapping.
• Define test scenarios and contribute to UAT cycles.
