A local care provider in the United Kingdom seeks an active PA to assist a 15-year-old with developing independence. The role includes providing support around 6 to 10 hours weekly, with tasks such as aiding in daily routines, assisting with personal care, and performing household chores. A driving license is essential, and care experience is preferred. This position offers a pay rate between £17 - £20 per hour depending on experience.

We are looking for an active and friendly PA to provide ad hoc support of around 6 to 10 hours per week to a 15 year old who is working on developing his independence.
Typically during weekday evenings of Tue / Fri / Thurs 4-9 pm and alternate weekend days of 12pm to 8 pm; these times may vary depending on his needs and will be discussed at interview.
He is currently a year 11 student and the PA would be there to aid him in his daily routines, social time when accessing the community and during his study time as he is working towards being more independent and gaining life skills.
Some other duties would include household chores such as cleaning, cooking, laundry etc., as well as providing him with encouragement when it comes to personal care tasks such as brushing teeth, haircare, etc.
He enjoys motorsport, rapping, making videos, going to the gym and walking outdoors.
A driving license with access to their own car is essential and care experience in Cerebral palsy, physio and OT therapies is preferred.
References and DBS required.
