A private employer based in Worthing is seeking a female Support Worker/Personal Assistant to assist their 16-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy. Hourly pay rate: £15.00 to £17.00 depending on experience
Support worker needed for a 16‑year‑old girl with cerebral palsy. Hours 9.30 to 4.30 every other Saturday, with the potential for one evening a week (flexible) and ad‑hoc hours during school holidays and evenings. The role involves supporting the girl as she prepares for college in September 2026, helping her access the community in her powerchair and providing personal care assistance.
Her hobbies include crafting, gaming, cooking, walking her small dog, visiting cafés and restaurants, shopping, cinema, swimming, and relaxing at home. She is friendly once she gets to know people, but initially shy.
