Job summary

A sustainability-focused startup in London is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage EMEA customer relationships and support their climate journeys. The ideal candidate will have SaaS experience and a strong track record in customer success. Responsibilities include onboarding, educating clients, and integrating solutions to help them achieve climate goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and organizational abilities, with a commitment to working from the office four days a week.

Qualifications

  • Relevant CSM experience in a SaaS organization working with Enterprise Customers.
  • Proven success in the EMEA market.
  • Track record of building relationships at an executive level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to balance many moving pieces across various customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end experience for customers in the EMEA region.
  • Onboard customers onto the dashboard and assist in achieving their climate plans.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback.
  • Educate customers on the space and help them hit milestones.
  • Integrate carbon removal into their climate plans through the marketplace.
