Due to the continued growth and expansion of our ecommerce business, DigitalPrinting.co.uk, we are looking for a new member to join the Customer Service team of five customer advisors to maintain and build our reputation for award-winning service.
This is a full time, permanent position based at Northside offices, Dargan Crescent, Belfast.
The Role
This position will be an integral part of the Digital Team where you will assist customers with enquiries via phone, email and live online chat.
Respond to ALL customer requests in a timely manner as advised by the Customer Services Manager, and to support the sales and production teams as and when required
