As our Building Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Build-to-Rent properties are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents. Your work will directly enhance the living experience of people in our community — including those who may be doing it tough — by keeping our buildings in top shape.
We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Officer with experience in building or property maintenance, preferably within residential or Build-to-Rent environments. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and our caretakers, you will play a key role in contributing to overall asset performance through proactive and responsive asset management whilst maintaining compliance.

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
