This position is responsible for assisting with and undertaking maintenance of VRSLC buildings, plant, equipment, ground maintenance and refurbishment activities to our residential aged care rooms, affordable housing units and V Centre apartments. About You To be successful in this role, you will be customer service focussed, thrive in a agile environment juggling multiple tasks and be committed to quality outcomes. You will also have: - Minimum 3 years experience providing general facility maintenance in a safe working manner - Demonstrated ability to prioritise onsite work tasks. - Experience in preparing JSA’s and SWM’s - Good working knowledge of OH&S; legislation, regulations and practice. - Good computer skills including use of a database for work order management - Current driver’s license and ability to drive - Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check (arranged by Vasey RSL Care). - Valid working rights which will be subject to a VEVO check.
