• 1 year of experience in Training, L&D, OD or HR OR 2 years experience in Training, L&D, OD or HR.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Flexibility to work across locations, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of L&D interventions.
• Utilise digital tools to enhance learning access and engagement.
• Advise managers on L&D processes and representative at internal meetings.
