Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging training aligned to company policies.
• Partner with teams to ensure workforce training needs are met.
• Support the full training cycle including inductions and assessments.
• Maintain and update training materials and SOPs.
• Lead employee inductions and support onboarding.
• Complete regular competency checks and provide coaching.
• Support LMS administration and improvement.
• Contribute to wider development initiatives.
