Responsibilities

• Lead the full onboarding process for new contractor partners.
• Monitor and analyse partner performance across KPIs.
• Ensure partners uphold Wifinity’s safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Skills

Knowledge of telecoms infrastructure including WiFi and fibre solutions

Experience managing 3rd party contractors or field engineering teams

Strong commercial acumen

Outstanding relationship-building skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills

Ability to handle conflict and manage escalations effectively

Education
