Qualifications

  • Strong highways operational knowledge, ideally NVQ Level 6 in Highways & Maintenance.
  • Proven background in safety and compliance, with qualifications such as LANTRA Instructor.
  • Experience overseeing programmes, managing budgets and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional Training Team, ensuring high performance.
  • Oversee profit, cost control, and commercial performance of the training function.
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessments in highways and safety.

Skills

Strong highways operational knowledge
Proven background in safety and compliance
Supervisory experience
Strong communication skills
Confident IT user

Education

NVQ Level 6 in Highways & Maintenance
LANTRA Instructor certification
