• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organisational development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the learning and development strategy to support business objectives.
• Ensure learning is practical and aligns with current organisational needs.
• Lead and develop the Apprenticeship programmes and Rising Stars programme.
