Job summary

A leading creative technology company is seeking a hands-on studio support technician in Greater London. In this vital role, you will provide daily technical support for IT systems, oversee colour management, and explore AI solutions to improve workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience in design or production environments, is proficient with Mac setups, and has knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. This position offers a hybrid working model with typically 4 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Design Studio or Artwork/Production Studio is required.
• Strong understanding of Mac-based setups and common studio hardware.
• Confident in supporting Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Studio IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Contribute to the development of project management and workflow tools.
• Support testing and rollout of AI-assisted tools across creative workflows.
