About the Role

Chestertons is seeking a driven and professional Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team, based in our London office near Euston.

This is a predominantly office-based role, combining structured sales activity with property and site viewings across some of London’s most exciting new-build developments. You’ll work closely with leading UK developers on high-profile regeneration projects, supporting buyers throughout the full sales journey.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced estate agency professional who enjoys a consultative sales environment, values organisation and process, and thrives in a busy office setting while still engaging face-to-face with clients on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and engage a database of applicants regarding new home developments
  • Register, qualify, and progress new buyer enquiries
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPI objectives
  • Arrange and attend property and development site viewings
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to buyers, vendors, and developer clients
  • Negotiate offers to secure the best outcome for all parties
  • Oversee the full sales process from offer stage through to exchange and completion
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems and Microsoft Office
