A leading sales and lettings agency in the UK seeks a Sales Negotiator who excels in client engagement and property viewings. The role requires a valid driving licence and a minimum of 12 months of experience in residential sales or lettings. You will actively negotiate offers, manage the sales process, and provide exceptional service. The position offers a competitive salary (£18,000 - £22,000) with additional commission potential, travel allowances, and comprehensive benefits including holiday allowance and employee assistance programs.
Location: Wandsworth Common
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute
