A leading engineering services provider located in Northern Ireland is seeking a Payroll Clerk to manage payroll processing accurately and timely. The role involves reviewing timesheets, maintaining payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in payroll, proficiency in Excel and Sage, and strong attention to detail. This position supports the finance team and communicates with employees on payroll-related inquiries.
ThePayrollClerkis responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthlypayroll, ensuring employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and timekeeping data are correctly recorded and compliant with contractual and legal obligations.
ThePayrollClerkworks closely with Contract Managers and other members of the finance team, including internationalpayrollpartners, to maintain correctpayrollrecords.
