A leading commercial insurer in Birmingham is looking for a Commercial Insurance Claims Team Manager to lead a team of Claims Handlers. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, managing a portfolio of claims across various lines of business, and ensuring service standards are upheld. Candidates should have supervisory experience in claims management and a sound understanding of the insurance market. Following business growth, we have a Commercial Insurance Claims Team Manager opportunity in Birmingham. You will Lead a team of Claims Handlers who manage a portfolio of claims across multiple line of businesses including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation of policy liability, legal liability (where appropriate) and quantum.
