• Provide support on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce HR reports.
• Support payroll-related administration.

Skills

Experience in HR Advisor or HR Generalist role

Managing employee relations cases

Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation

Education

CIPD Level 3 qualification
