This role involves designing partner learning pathways, tracking certification progress, and operationalizing best practices for customer outcomes. Qualifications

• Solid experience with SI/MSP/VAR ecosystems to deliver customer outcomes.
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), FinOps or SaaS Management preferred.
• Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a partner Customer Success learning pathway.
• Track certifications and capabilities across partner teams.
• Operationalize best practices for value realization and risk signal management.
• Run QBR/PBR cycles and track actions with partners.
• Create and deliver workshops on Customer Success best practices.
