• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for printers, MFPs, laptops, and desktops.
• Diagnose and repair devices to board level.
• Deliver Level 1 desk side support for Windows-based systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist remote teams.
• Maintain records of work completed and parts used.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Travel to customer locations across the UK as required.
