Job summary

A leading homebuilder in Worcester is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to support the customer services team with key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, especially in the housebuilding or construction sectors. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, issuing documentation, and maintaining accurate data records.
