A dynamic consulting firm is seeking a Part-Time IT Manager to oversee operational aspects of technology and ensure strategic delivery. This hybrid role requires you to work 3 days a week, balancing between the London office and remote. Key responsibilities include managing IT service providers, leading change processes, and developing the IT roadmap while ensuring cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate IT management and expertise in Microsoft 365 adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a corporate IT estate and external providers.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 adoption and information governance.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, identity & access management, and incident coordination.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and IT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the performance of external IT service providers.
• Oversee change/release processes across platforms and endpoints.
• Lead cost-efficiency initiatives and manage the IT asset register.
• Develop and evolve the IT/Data roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead RFP processes and manage vendor selection.
• Ensure proper architecture input on security, performance, and availability.
• Oversee IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and enforce governance.
• Manage the cyber risk register and implement controls.
• Report regularly to the CIO and stakeholders on project status.
