Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Tenant including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Provide expert support for Business Central, Evision, and related applications.
• Perform hands-on diagnostics for hardware issues.
• Drive automation initiatives in Power Automate and Power BI.
