Job summary

A community sports and event facility is looking for a dynamic Line Cook Lead & Chef De Cuisine. The role involves leading a restaurant team, ensuring kitchen standards are met, and assisting with staff training. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience, and a Food Handlers Certificate is preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team by cooking in our restaurant.
• Ensure that kitchen standards and menu specifications are followed.
• Assist in the training of new staff.
• Help with menu & special planning.
• Perform opening & closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchens and assist with events.
