Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to build and edit responsive emails.
• Some experience using content management systems to maintain and update websites.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail across content layout, testing and quality assurance.
• Experience producing reports and working with campaign performance data (desirable).
• Familiarity with email testing and optimisation platforms such as Litmus or Email on Acid (desirable).

Job description

We're looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to join our Digital Production team and help deliver high-quality sponsored content across email, web and other digital channels. This is a hands-on role, working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure marketing and advertising campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.

You'll play a key role supporting both Citywire's commercial and editorial activity, overseeing the email build process from start to finish, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
