Job summary

A prominent heritage organization is seeking a Visitor Services Assistant to maintain high standards of cleanliness at Crathes Castle. The successful candidate will undertake various housekeeping duties within food and beverage areas and visitor facilities while ensuring excellent service. Ideal applicants will be responsible and proactive, possess housekeeping experience, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving license is required, along with flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and presentation of public areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in visitor facilities and Food & Beverage area.
• Manage stock levels of housekeeping supplies.
• Conduct regular cleaning of Holiday Accommodation.
