Creating a premium consumer experience to share our market leading appliances. You will be the face of Miele delivering a premium service at every point of the consumer journey to delight our consumers at every step of the way.

Your role

Reporting to the Outlet Store Manager, you will lead your consumers through a detailed consultation in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances which meet the needs and wants of the consumer. Whilst working to up-grade products and up selling of accessories to expand the consumers use of their appliances. All whilst promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.

You will be working as a core member of the Outlet team, based in the Abingdon headquarters you will be driven to provide quality experiences whilst being driven to hit your sales targets.

Our customers are loyal and inquisitive, you will be need to demonstrate your knowledge of our products through a variety of methods including over the telephone and in emails. You\'ll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to your consumers need through quotations and queries.

You will bring previous experience of working in a customer facing sales role and can build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to affectively multi-task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.

Hours and flexibility

Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week, including a Saturday on a rota basis.

You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:00 Saturday.

If you are rostered to work on a Saturday (normally 1 in 2), you will receive a compensatory day off in the same week.

Salary and benefits

We offer a full time salary starting at £25,658 rising to £26,172 post probation, plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package.
