Overview

VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation.

Contract & Location

Full Time, Permanent.

Location: Larkhill or Aldershot (Hybrid: typically 3 days office / 2 days home, or 2 days office / 3 days home depending on the week).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (No weekends or out-of-hours work).

About the Role

As our Data Analyst, your day-to-day work will be varied and fast paced. You’ll be responsible for daily reporting (cash reports, progress updates), manipulating and interpreting data to create meaningful outputs, reviewing and improving internal and external trackers across Excel and other programmes, managing data exporting, cleansing and analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This role blends routine reporting deadlines with reactive tasks that arise day by day.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting, including cash reports and progress updates.
• Manipulate and interpret data to create meaningful outputs.
• Review, update, and improve internal and external trackers (Excel, other programmes).
• Manage data exporting, cleansing, and analysis.
• Present findings to stakeholder groups or via email.
• Support data visualization via Power BI and other tools.
• Conduct data validation checks and apply statistical methods where needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong experience in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced data handling).
• Prior experience in a data analyst role.
• Familiarity with Maximo, FM environments, or MOD projects highly advantageous.
• Excellent timekeeping, ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and innovation.
• BPSS Clearance required.
• Must be based within an hour of Larkhill or Aldershot; otherwise not eligible.
