Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Week 1: 07:30 - 16:00, Week 2: 09:30 - 18:00. Every other saturday morning (4 hrs). 42 Hour week on average.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Dumfries. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.
