A leading global transportation company based in Lincoln seeks a motivated Customer Service Advisor. The role focuses on customer interaction, handling inquiries, and coordinating servicing and maintenance tasks. Successful candidates will exhibit a passion for delivering exceptional service and possess strong organizational skills. Rotating Shift Pattern Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15.30 | 09:30 – 18:00, with alternate Saturday 08:00 – 13:00

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Lincoln. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.
