• Commercially minded with experience in the Industrial sector.
• Interest in ESG-focused projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of refurbishment projects from £250 k to £10 m value.
• Effectively manage a strong pipeline of work.
• Support junior surveyors/graduates and the wider team.
• Take on business development responsibilities.
• Provide excellent client care.
• Act as project lead from start to finish.
