Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Implement centre satisfaction surveys and manage results.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors professionally.
  • Collate and process expenses for the Centre Manager.
  • Be point of contact for any IT issues.
  • Distribute updates to policies and procedures.
  • Take minutes for meetings to support the management team.
  • Order supplies as needed.
