Join us as a Benefits Specialist and make an impact! You’ll roll out benefits policies across Epson Europe, ensuring they align with our Total Reward and People Strategy. You’ll also keep governance on track, driving a consistent approach across Europe and making sure everything complies with local regulations.

This role is operating on a hybrid model from our state-of-the-art Watford office.

What you will do
  • Implement benefits policy changes aligned with the European framework.
  • Maintain a central benefits inventory and build an Excel database for tracking benefit plans.
  • Analyse market data, prepare benchmarks, model options, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in surveys and liaise with brokers for renewals and vendor selection.
  • Monitor benefit programmes effectiveness across European operations and ensure compliance.
  • Use expertise as SME in benefits to advise various stakeholders.
  • Support reward projects and contribute to governance frameworks.
