We are seeking a truly special individual to join our SEN and Inclusion team as an Assistant SENDCo — someone who brings warmth, care and calm, alongside strong professional knowledge and a passion for inclusive education.
Westfield House School are looking for someone who can offer reassurance, structure and kindness, while quietly and confidently ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our pupils with SEN.
This is a role for someone who believes that children flourish when they feel safe, understood and valued, and who can balance compassion with high expectations.
You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, emotional wellbeing and personal development, working closely with the SENDCo, SLT, staff, families and external professionals.
