A housing and support services organization in East Midlands is seeking an organized individual to assist with administrative tasks for the management team. The role involves diary management, document handling, and providing efficient support across various tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A driving license is essential for this position. This role will assist the PA to MD/SMT in servicing and providing administrative assistance to the MD/SMT. A wide and varied supportive service including working closely with members, driving, collections, taking documents, organising diaries, bookings, confidential HR work and much more, as requested by the Manager.
Provide a professional, effective and efficient administration and support service, across a wide variety of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly accurate and have attention to detail due to the role requiring completion of complex paperwork.
An ability to work on your own initiative as well as working well as part of a team is essential.

A valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
