You’ll be part of a Community Adult Social Work Team, working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, supporting individuals with complex needs to live safely,倒, independently, and with dignity.

🧠 The Role
  • Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
  • Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision‑making
  • Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required
  • Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver person‑centred outcomes

This role is ideal for a confident dispatched, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.

✅ What You’ll Need

✔ Social Work qualification
Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
Minimum 3 years post‑qualified experience
✔ Proven experience with:

  • Court of Protection
  • Safeguarding Adults
  • Learning Disabilities & Physical Disabilities
  • Care Act 2014 & Mental Capacity Act
  • Experience supervising staff (or readiness to take on supervision)
