Job Overview

To provide administrative support to the business

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
  • Assisting in the administration of all office-based systems.
  • Developing and maintaining marketing procedures. Including but not limited to AI, Mailchimp, social media.
  • <>Logging and reviewing client enquiries.
  • Development of Policies and Procedures
  • Ensuring paperwork is prepared for operational activities.
  • Assisting in production of quotations
  • Loggin Enquiries onto CMR System and following up on enquiries.
  • Assisting with the planning of resources for the week ahead
