A leading automotive company in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate for a Product Lifecycle Management placement. The role involves market research, product positioning, and cross-functional coordination in the power products sector. Ideal candidates are studying Marketing or Business and possess strong analytical skills and communication abilities. This is a flexible role that includes the opportunity for remote work.

At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role:
In this role, you’ll support with analyzing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and working with different departments to help Honda’s ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) products stay competitive, remain compliant and meet customer needs across Europe.
You will assist with Honda’s ICE product positioning, support the management of product data throughout the product lifecycle and contribute to the development of marketing materials, that strengthen Honda’s position in the European Power Products market.
This placement is ideal for a student studying Marketing, Business, or a related field, who is enthusiastic about market analysis and product marketing.
This role will require occasional travel to our European branches, dealers and manufacturing sites.
