These roles can be based in any of our UK offices in Manchester, Glasgow or Reigate

with regular client travel and the flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:
  • Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales across Intrum's credit management and financial solutions portfolio

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers (CFOs, CROs, COOs)
  • Deliver compelling, ROI‑driven sales presentations and solution demos
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools
  • Represent Intrum at industry events and position yourself as a thought leader
  • Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.
What you'll Bring:
  • Proven success in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the Debt Management industry
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling skills (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution skills
  • Knowledge of SaaS, CX, digital transformation, and recurring revenue models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
