A leading care provider in Norwich is looking for a Care Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks. This role involves building relationships with service users, responding to emergencies, and promoting independence. £13.31 per hour (days) + enhancements

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Ellacombe is our residential care home nestled in the Thorpe Hamlet area close to the centre of Norwich. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
