As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’re the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. You make a positive difference every single day in the lives of our patients, their family members and visitors – going above and beyond to meet their needs with courtesy, kindness, respect and compassion.
We manage approximately 1,500 to 1,700 deliveries annually, providing comprehensive care for patients in labor, those with high-risk pregnancies, and immediate postpartum recovery. Our team also offers basic and high-risk newborn care, stabilizing infants until NICU transfer can occur.
Nurses will play a critical role in our fast‑paced environment, where 1:1 patient ratios are common, reflecting the complex needs of our patients. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering high‑risk medications, managing patients requiring major surgical interventions, and assessing patients in the triage area.
