Over the past 18 months, they've built out a new leadership team with deep expertise across insurance and technology, strengthened their partnerships with leading HR and benefits platforms, and sharpened their strategy to become the platform of choice for insurers.

At the centre of this growth is a modern, AI-enabled platform that powers underwriting, claims, and customer experience - designed for scale, compliance, and innovation.

We're looking for a Front-End React Engineer to join our growing Northern Ireland team. You'll work on core product features of our platform, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.

• Develop and maintain React-based frontend applications
• Turn UI/UX designs into scalable, maintainable, and responsive components
• Collaborate with backend engineers (Ruby, Python) to integrate APIs and data services
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team best practices
• Support development of AI/GenAI features, collaborating with core platform teams

• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript - open on levels from mid - senior
• Experience with component libraries, frontend architecture, and responsive design
• Comfortable working with REST APIs or GraphQL
• Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS a plus)
• Interest in AI/GenAI or willingness to learn
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bonus: experience in regulated industries
