Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,000
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Accruals, prepayments and loan account reconciliation.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in cost tracking.
- Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Help monitor KPIs and provide insights to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data.
- Support compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with audit preparation and external reporting requirements.
- Part‑qualified or studying towards AAT or further professional exams.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
