Job summary
A family-run garden centre is seeking a reliable Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team. This fixed term contract role starts in January 2026 and runs until March 2026. Key responsibilities include processing purchase invoices, maintaining financial records, and resolving invoice queries. Ideal candidates will have purchase ledger experience and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications
- Experience with inputting purchase invoices and maintaining financial records.
- Ability to resolve invoice queries and communicate with suppliers.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Responsibilities
- Inputting purchase invoices onto the system.
- Matching invoices to delivery notes and statements.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Supporting general purchase ledger administration.
