You will ensure that products and services consistently meet customer and international standards while driving improvements in product and supplier quality. Acting as the customer’s representative within the company, you will play a key role in shaping quality performance across our global operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage the group’s overall quality strategy and Quality Management Systems, including leading annual QMS reviews and maintaining ISO certifications.* Implement and lead an effective APQP process, overseeing testing and quality control of products and services.* Set and monitor warranty, cost of quality, and service quality targets, working with business units and service centres to meet objectives.* Implement and manage supplier quality systems, including new supplier introduction and supplier performance management.* Ensure compliance with national, international, and industry-specific quality standards, supporting the implementation of the Sustainability strategy.**Experience, Skills & Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of quality experience, with proven success in driving group-level quality improvements.* Experience implementing APQP and knowledge of ISO management systems and industry-specific quality standards.* Demonstrated ability to work with European and US stakeholders, with advanced problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills within a matrix organisation.* Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications preferred; proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.At Megger, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help people live confidently and work safely by harnessing the energy that powers our world.
