Job summary
A leading charity organization in the East Midlands is looking for a highly motivated Charity Shop Manager for their Spondon shop. This full-time position involves maximizing shop profits, managing a volunteer team, and delivering excellent customer service. Skills
We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Charity Shop Manager at our busy charity shop in Spondon for 35 hrs per week - 5 full days (9am-4.30pm). We require candidates who can work as part of a team and independently take personal ownership for the performance of the shop, maximise profits, manage a volunteer team and deliver excellent customer service. Experience in the retail sector and a love of charity retail is preferred.
