A leading restaurant operator in Winchester is seeking a Store Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring financial targets are met. The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams in retail or catering, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and motivation. £35,000 - £37,000 per annum - DOE - 40 hours per week

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your team in delivering Burger King’s world-famous flame grilled menu and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
You may be an assistant general manager or deputy manager who is aspiring to take their career to the next level, or you may already be a manager within the retail, catering or hospitality sectors such as a restaurant manager, general manager, catering manager or store manager looking for that next challenge.
