Job summary
A leading UK construction firm is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial operations, including planning, estimating, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a B. Sc or B. Eng in Civil Engineering or construction-related fields and at least 10 years of experience as a Commercial Manager. This position offers a highly negotiable salary and benefits, including coverage for relocation and work permits.

Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial operations for projects including planning, estimating, pre-tender assessment, risk mitigation, procurement, claims & dispute management, bonds and guarantees.
Education
Our client is a dynamic UK based construction company with a range of civil engineering infrastructure projects throughout the UK, Middle East and Africa.
They wish to appoint a Commercial Manager to handle all commercial operations ranging from planning & estimating, pre-tender assessment, risk mitigation, procurement, claims & dispute management, bonds and guarantees, etc.
- Manage all commercial operations for projects including planning, estimating, pre-tender assessment, risk mitigation, procurement, claims & dispute management, bonds and guarantees.
- B. Sc or B. Eng in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Professional Registration essential.
- Minimum of 10 years' project exposure as Commercial Manager with a recognised construction company.
- Highly negotiable to R 3.0 million per annum plus benefits
- All relocation & work permit costs if required will be covered by the employer
