Sales Support Administrator
Job summary
A leading global supplier in Liverpool is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to provide internal and external sales support, handle order processing, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include entering sales orders, managing post-sale services, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, with language proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian preferred. - Provide internal and external sales support as well as order processing.

Skills
Our client is a leading global supplier of raw materials to the rotational moulding industry. They are recruiting for two Sales Support Co-ordinators to join their team on-site in Liverpool to provide internal and external sales support as well as order processing and other administrative support.
- Administrative support, liaising between customers and RSM’s checking sales history, lead times, stock levels etc.
- Enter customer sales orders both timely & accurately on the system.
- Provide an effective after-sales service ensuring all customer sales orders are acknowledged, confirmed and invoiced.
- Answer telephones, identify caller and direct calls to correct person within the company when applicable.
- Undertake ad hoc duties and provide support in the Sales Support Team as and when required.
- Ensure all certificates of analysis / conformity are sent to customers within 48 hours of the notification being received.
- Drive and tenacity to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work quickly and remain calm under pressure.

- IT skills.
- Language skills in either French, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A salary of around £28-30,000.
